Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, if there is an issue please contact us to make it right. You may return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. Returns must mailed back to Kentucky Vibes Candle Co. within 14 days of purchase date and returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase date. Items being returned must be unused and in new condition.

 

To return an item follow these steps:

2. Receive a Return Merchandise Number/ Authorization code and place the item securely in its original packaging, then mail your return to the following address:
